Refurbishment of Metropolitan House

This project came to us towards the end of the Covid-19 pandemic - as office workers were once more required to return to their offices. The client required improved ventilation (both natural and mechanical), improved seating arrangements to allow for adequate social distancing, as well as additional kitchen facilities, upgrading of fire escape doors, and partitioning of offices. Our work encompassed design, production of working drawings, management of the tender process, as well as the management of all sub contracted specialists.
